Update on the below. I’ve come to realize the part is actually cloth not metal. So it seems I do have the entire thing! Needless to say directions could use a little help. I tend to be pretty inclined.______Unfortunately this is partially on me as I took a month to build this product and I’m out of return timing but all the same what I’m experiencing is unacceptable. I unpacked this product went through all the pieces to matched the best I could based on the pictures. There are letter labels on the directions but nothing to match on the actual parts.I started building the product only to find a core part, “Part L”, is missing from the package. Based on the diagrams and images this appears to be a small (which is what I thought I had identified during unpacking). However, now that I’m into building the product, I realize directions do not have a consistent scale and it is a full size part that is not in the package.I hope someone responds this message and gets me the part I need otherwise I wasted a bunch of money with no recourse.It was easy to assemble, more so with 2 people, but can do with one. The top basket was defective and couldn’t screw it on, but the seller was fast to respond and quick to replace it. Great customer service. It’s great for the garage and the many sports my kids play.Great size and very sturdyPerfect way to organize my kids outside toys. Beach toys, balls, bats. I can even hang their scooters and helmets on the sound. This freed up a lot of space in our garage and makes it easier for the kids to see their options to play with.This thing was a GAME CHANGER in our garage. We had several baskets and buckets of balls, bats, frisbees etc. this one organizer fit everything in one spot. Our garage no longer looks like it’s cluttered full of junk. Even my teenage son said this organizer is a “W” (w=win)!!This is great for storing practically anything, not just for exercising or sports equipment. I am tired of things being scattered her and there in my garage. I was fed up with spending my free time moving things around to make other stuff fit. I finally purchased this for my kids balls and lacrosse gear.Everything is in one general area and we are not wasting time looking for a certain pole or lax head. I am going to purchase the shelf addition to this. I just need a little bit more shelf space.Theres a mix of basketballs, soccer balls, and other sports balls. I put the massive collection of nerf guns in there too!Easy to assemble, and convenient for everyone in the family to use and access the sports equipment. Looking forward to having a clean(er) garage.Assembled in maybe an hour with my kids help:) Love it now we have a place to put everything back.Das Regal kam sehr kompakt verpackt in einem kleinen schweren Karton an.Der Aufbau war sehr unkompliziert und einfach und hat ca 30 min gedauert.Alles hat perfekt zusammen gepasst ohne das was Wackelt oder es Spalt Maße gibt.Für die Füße gab es 2 Option im Paket. Einmal Rollen wovon 2 eine Bremse haben und 2 nicht. Und einmal 4 Feste Füße wenn man das Regal nicht mehr bewegen möchte.Die Anleitung zum zusammen Bauen war sehr übersichtlich und gut dargestellt.Das Regal selber ist aus stabilen Metall Stangen und wirkt mit der Lackierung sehr Edel.Insgesamt ist es ein Tolles Regal was viel Stauraum bietet. Und wir können nun unseren Keller ein Stück Besser Ordnen und Sämtliches Kinderspielzeug an einem Ort Sammeln.Ich hoffe ich konnte euch mit meiner Rezension etwas weiterhelfen.First of all, pretty easy to put together if you happen to have an extra set of hands. Just a matter of balancing pieces to get them into place. Once together, I couldn't believe how many things I could fit in there. Now my boys have all their sports stuff in once place, including some hooks to hang their bike helmets from. LOVE THIS AND HIGHLY recommend!Great storage unit for organizing children’s outdoor toys! All parts feel solid and the rack is high quality. It’s well throughout out and does not take up much space but can hold / store a ton of stuff. 10/10 would recommend
