They are compact enough that they can fit into the unused spaces in my apartment, but roomy enough that they can hold a lot of items! I bought one set for my kitchen and liked them so much that I got another set for my bathroom! Plus, you get a cute cat picture with your order!! These are five-star baskets I cannot find fault with these baskets. They are terrific. Sturdy. Easy to hang. received them fairly quick. You will need a level for installation. Could not be happier. My only suggestion is charge a few cents more and add some black S-hooks so things can be hung on the sides. This product is amazing! Highly recommend. It hasn't budged since installation, and I didn't have to drill holes. I have a 5 yr old who will pull and tug on it. Hasn't came off at all. I only wish it was a little deeper in width to fit more. I honestly think it can hold more than advertised lol.
